Smart LCD Display
Track your workout data and adjust your training intensity with the smart LCD display. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the resistance levels accordingly. LEDs also light up to help indicate the resistance range from Easy to Hard.

Factory machine tested to give you the best performance
The Rower 500D is load tested to ensure that we provide you with the best range of resistance for a hybrid flywheel resistance system. Each machine is tested to bring a maximum resistance of 451N or 46kg/f at level 32.
Commercial Build Quality
Enjoy greater durability and stability with the commercial quality tubular steel frame. The aluminium guide rail also grants added resistance to rust, sweat and moisture.
